Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The RoleThe UX Design Intern will play a hands-on role in shaping the user experience across several USTA digital platforms, including USTA.com, USTACoaching.com, USTAFoundation.com, RedBallTennis.com, USTANationalCampus.com, and other USTA websites and applications.
Throughout the internship, you will participate in daily standups with the UX, .com, and Coaching development teams; conduct user research; analyze website performance metrics; and help design intuitive, user-centered experiences. You will also conduct user tests with USTA user groups and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital ecosystem.
You will gain practical experience with industry-standard UX and research tools such as Figma, UserTesting.com, HotJar, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Analytics. Your work will support the research, design, testing, and development of scalable components aligned with the USTA's design system.
