The USC Family Caregiver Support Center/LACRC provides a full range of clinical services to include assessment of family caregivers to older adults with multiple medical impairments or cognitive impairments including case management, short-term treatment, referral, crisis intervention, and psycho-educational training. Our program is rapidly growing, and we need superstars to join our current dynamic team. We seek a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team! Our program is rapidly growing, and we need a superstar to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time salaried position that will require substantial commitment and flexibility. The work schedule varies from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday with some evening and weekend work as needed. The office location will be off University Park Campus, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work schedule. This Quality Assurance Specialist will assist the Associate Director of Clinical & Outreach Administration with audit functions for the center to ensure operations are in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures. The Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct routine audits to ensure client cases are meeting contract compliance. The Specialist with ensure our team meets contract goals and our Center's mission for family caregiver support and services. Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

This position is funded by a research grant. Accordingly, this position is contingent upon receipt of the necessary funding from this or any subsequent grant to continue employment. The hourly compensation range for this position is $37.00-$41.15. This position may require a schedule of either 37.5 or 40 hours per week, based on operational needs. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Experience: 3 years Minimum Skills: Experience participating in quality assurance activities and knowledge of related quality assurance processes and tools. General working knowledge and proficiency in producing documentation to comply with regulatory agency requirements and audit procedures. Ability to advise on project procedures and analysis techniques. Excellent written and oral communication skills, and an exemplary attention to detail. Proven ability to interpret, analyze, and apply pertinent policies, procedures, regulations, and requirements. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, deftly handle time-sensitive matters, and meet strict deadlines. Demonstrated experience with various computer software programs, electronic quality management systems, and office management software/tools (e.g. Google suite, Slack). Job ID REQ20170342
