What you will experience in this position:

As a Fabrication Operator at nVent, you will be at the forefront of crafting world-class electrical solutions. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to work with a dynamic and ambitious team dedicated to delivering flawless results. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out fabrication tasks and procedures with various hand and power tools.

• Setting up duties in accordance with production documentation (SOP/MOPs).

• Positioning production materials and tooling to maintain accurate dimensions according to print specifications.

• Collaborating with team members to successfully implement production goals.

• Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.

• Continuously improving processes and contributing to a culture of innovation and excellence.

You have:

• Been trained in a relevant field such as Manufacturing, Welding, Fabrication, or a related subject area.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a similar environment.

• Demonstrated ability in handling hand and power tools, as well as reading technical documents.

• Ability to meet the physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing setting, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in varying temperatures.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range:

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
