Sales Analyst

STS Technical Services is hiring a Sales Analyst to support Sales, Operations, and Planning (S&OP) functions for a growing organization based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is built for an analytical thinker who understands how demand, supply, and financial planning intersect and who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.

This position plays a critical role in aligning strategic objectives with operational execution by supporting demand planning, retail performance analysis, and executive reporting.

The Sales Analyst supports the S&OP process by gathering inputs from cross functional stakeholders, analyzing data trends, and developing insights that drive balanced and profitable outcomes. This role is responsible for preparing and submitting monthly Sales Demand plans, managing daily reporting, validating data across systems, and maintaining Power BI dashboards used for decision making.

• Support the S&OP process by integrating demand, supply, and financial planning inputs
  
• Gather and consolidate inputs from Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Finance
  
• Develop and submit the monthly Sales Demand plan
  
• Perform daily retail reporting and cross system data validation
  
• Execute daily data transfers into Power BI reports
  
• Maintain, update, and create Power BI dashboards as new products are introduced
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting, analytics, and forecasting
  
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests related to historical and future retail performance
  
• Analyze product performance trends and forecast future outcomes
  
• Extract, format, and transform data into actionable insights for leadership
  
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts of changes in supply or demand across the S&OP process
  

• Strong experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Ability to extract, clean, validate, and transform data from multiple systems
  
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to cross functional and non technical stakeholders
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recurring deadlines
  

• Experience with demand planning, sales forecasting, or S&OP processes
  
• Understanding of end to end supply chain and demand planning workflows
  
• Experience supporting retail performance analysis
  
• Exposure to continuous improvement initiatives related to analytics or reporting
