Schedule:Monday - Friday, 36 hours/week (Consistent Schedule)
Shift:Daytime Hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Remote Flexibility:None - Onsite Position Only

About the Role:
MaineHealth Surgical Care in Scarborough is seeking aPatient Service Representative (PSR)to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career in healthcare - no prior experience is required, though previous customer service or healthcare experience is a plus.

As a PSR, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. You'll help schedule appointments, check in patients, verify insurance information, and support the day-to-day administrative operations of the surgical care department.Healthcare experience is a plus, butnot required

3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
