Construction Manager - Turnaround (4-Month Contract)

Baytown, TX | 50 hrs/week

Construction Manager responsible for the safe and efficient execution and closeout of a site turnaround focusing on I&E activities. Leads field execution, manages contractors, and coordinates with Operations, QA, Planning, and Logistics to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within scope.

Key responsibilities include

• Enforcing EHS standards, supervising and directing contractors, coordinating pre- and post-execution activities, managing field change logs, validating job packages, and providing daily progress and schedule updates.
• Acts as the frontline liaison during execution, ensuring proper training, minimizing rework, resolving field issues (including drawing discrepancies), and driving safe, efficient turnaround performance.
