Opportunity Overview: Operations Analyst - 12 Months Herndon, VA Your Day-to-Day: Gather and analyze customer calls and several computer data to determine location and cause of power outages Dispatches first response personnel and repair crews to provide quick and logical response to outages and emergency situations Schedule and manage other non-emergency customer related work in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure customer service Report outages to customer's accounts Manage Estimated Restoration Times to customers Provide accurate information to customers, and first line resolution to customer complaints Provides timely and accurate data for Service Reliability improvements Who You Are: 1+ years of experience High School or equivalent Computer skills and proficiency working in multiple software applications Problem resolution Analytical thinking Our Safety Pledge to You: If you are as committed to your success as we are committed to your safety, then this is the position for you!
