Description Job Description: Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00 PM and 11:59 PM. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00 AM and 4:59 AM) Provide brood maintenance support by: Inspecting, analyzing, and repairing brood equipment (e.g., boilers, feed systems, lighting systems). Installing, connecting, and adjusting electrical and pneumatic brood equipment. Performing plumbing tasks. Using electrical test instruments (multi-meters, voltage testers, amp meters, temperature sensors). Operating common brood maintenance tools and equipment (e.g., trenching tools, drill motors, sawzalls, cordless drills, boiler efficiency testers). Maintaining various brood systems, including: Boilers (natural gas and diesel-fired) Vaporizers (LP gas) Fogger, well and water systems Lighting, feed, injectors/medication systems Pneumatic temperature controls Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to perform maintenance, repairs, or equipment installation.
