Within CO+I, the Global Supply Chain teamis responsible forestablishinga supply chain that can meet the ever-growing Microsoft Cloud for our customers. We support a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects and operations of those assets. This role islocatedeither in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ. Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocateorresidewithin 50 miles of the hub office location. Responsibilities Responsibilities Serve asa keycontact for production planning and act asliaisoninternally within Global Supply Chain with partners such asExecutionand Category team, as well as externally to other EPC stakeholders to drive business process alignment. Support team initiatives,included but not limited to data visualization efforts, requirementstodigital transformation technology and tools, organizational partnerships, and change management initiatives. Uses status reports, executive business reviews, and storytelling to communicate data findings andimprovementopportunities to stakeholders. Build equipment production plansin collaboration with organizational partnersto support customer demandthrough on-timedatacenter delivery. Critically review new supply scenarios toidentifypotential incidents/risks and their mitigation. Analyzes supplier feedback andmonitorskey performance indicators to improvethe customerexperience, increase return on investment, andidentifynew opportunities. Embody ourCultureandValues. Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 5+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment,or related experience OR equivalent experience. Background Check Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Integrated Business Planning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
