Make a real difference in patients' and providers' lives! As a UX Researcher at a Fortune 500 healthcare company, you will play a critical role in shaping the next phase of our patient and provider support experiences. You'll help turn early ideas and concepts into validated, real-world solutions by leading research that directly informs product decisions across a North American program.

Working closely with product designers, product managers, developers, and healthcare stakeholders, you will ensure that new digital experiences-particularly as we transition to a new CRM-are grounded in real user needs and insights.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Influence the future of patient and provider support programs through evidence-based UX research.
  • Lead hands-on research efforts for new and evolving healthcare experiences.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional product teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Play a key role in testing and validating experiences during a major CRM transition.

As a UX Researcher, you will:

  • Take early-stage concepts and ideas and design structured research plans to validate them.
  • Write detailed user testing guides and research protocols.
  • Conduct 1:1 user research sessions, including moderated usability testing and interviews.
  • Test and evaluate new experiences as part of a transition to a new CRM platform.
  • Synthesize research findings into clear insights, themes, and opportunities.
  • Present findings back to product teams and stakeholders, making actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and healthcare partners to ensure research insights are incorporated into product decisions.
  • Provide ongoing input and feedback throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Support a North American program, collaborating across time zones as needed.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience conducting UX research, including usability testing, interviews, and synthesis.
  • Experience working on patient experience, provider experience, or healthcare-related digital products.
  • Strong ability to translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience writing research plans, discussion guides, and test scripts.
  • Comfort working autonomously while providing clear updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with product teams through changing priorities or evolving direction.
  • Familiarity with CRM-based experiences, specifically Salesforce Lightning Design System.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $85 to $90 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
