Join our team! We're building a world where Identity belongs to you.

As the Senior Manager of Planning Communications & Enablement, you are the primary narrative-builder and communication liaison for the entire company planning process. You will ensure that every stakeholder, from the C-suite to individual DRIs, understands the plan, the process, and their part in it. You will lead the strategic communication and change management framework that drives clarity, alignment, and engagement for our most critical company-wide initiatives. Your work is central to transforming complex strategies into a compelling story that mobilizes the entire organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Strategic Communications: Develop and lead the master communications plan for the planning cycle, proactively managing the communication flow and adapting to change to drive clarity and prevent surprises.
  • Craft C-Suite Narratives: Guide the creation of all planning materials presented to the C-suite, ensuring quality and impact. You will craft compelling, high-stakes presentations that translate complex data into a clear narrative.
  • Drive Change Management & Stakeholder Enablement: Lead the design and delivery of enablement and training programs to ensure the readiness of all stakeholders, including DRIs and other key partners.
  • Manage Content & Messaging: Create communications for the planning cycle, ensuring message clarity, consistency, and audience impact.
  • Build Collaborative Partnerships: Act as a central point of connection, partnering closely with Internal Comms, the Enterprise PMO, and other functions to ensure a cohesive and unified communication strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • Narrative Building: Ability to build a crisp, clear, and compelling narrative through both written and verbal communication.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: A demonstrated history as a strong cross-team collaborator with the ability to build partnerships and drive alignment across diverse functions.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: The poise and resilience to face change proactively, managing high-visibility communications in a fast-paced environment.
  • Audience Awareness & EQ: Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and an innate ability to understand and tailor messaging for different audiences.
  • Clarity & Ambiguity Management: A proven talent for driving clarity and simplifying complex topics, with the ability to navigate and manage ambiguity effectively.
  • Stakeholder Influence: A high degree of organizational savvy and the ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics with grace and influence.
  • This is a true hybrid role; we are looking for someone who can come on-site as needed
