Moog's Corporate Group Is looking for a Microsoft 365 Support Specialist to join our Applications Development Team!

To qualify for the Microsoft 365 Support Specialist, here is what we would expect you to bring to Moog...

  • An associates degree in IT, or related field, with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint, with the ability to troubleshoot common issues and provide user support.

    • Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

  • Must be willing to provide top notch service to internal customers, working patiently to reach efficient technical solutions and support.

  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center, is a plus.

  • Previous IT support or helpdesk experience is a plus.

As the Microsoft 365 Support Specialist you will have the following responsibilities...

Email Support:

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot service issues related to email, including mail flow, mailbox management, and security.

  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

  • Assist with migration projects and integration with other systems.

Microsoft Teams Support:

  • Provide support for Teams-related issues, including chat, meetings, and collaboration tools.

  • Manage Teams policies, configurations, and user permissions.

  • Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.

Microsoft SharePoint Support:

  • Administer and support SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, and workflows.

  • Assist users with SharePoint functionality and best practices.

  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.

General M365 Support:

  • Monitor and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.

  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on M365 tools and features.

  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues and implement new solutions.

  • Stay up to date with the latest M365 features and updates.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $28.85-$36.06 Hourly

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
