Temporary Field Recruiter - Smyrna, TN - 2nd Shift (12pm-8pm)

A day as a Field Recruiter might look like the following:

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to get great people to work
• You will use your creative thinking to think outside of the box to attract candidates
• Apply your marketing skills to our postings, social media sites, and the community to help us stand apart
• Use your people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidate to fill our great opportunities
• Continue to build a pipeline of people and actively look for a way to impact order fulfillment
• As you find the right people for the job, you will conduct the drug screen, background check, and I-9's so we can get them to work!

Requirements:

• Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
• Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
• Experience with VMS systems a plus!
• Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
• Leadership exposure/experience a plus!
• Bilingual (Spanish & English)
