The Office of Academic Affairs at Duke University is seeking a Manager of Academic Policies to join our team. In this role, you will be the central resource for academic policy development and communication across the university. You'll lead efforts to organize and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs), serve as the primary contact for policy inquiries, and develop a comprehensive academic policy database. Your work will ensure clarity, compliance, and accessibility of academic policies, supporting Duke's mission of academic excellence. Be Bold. Essential Job Duties:

Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $62,694.00 to USD $107,633.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position; candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
