ASSISTANT MANAGER DIGITAL PARTNER EXCELLENCE

We are looking for an Assistant Manager Digital Partner Excellence to support the growth of our Digital Center of Excellence and strengthen the connection between Wholesale and eCommerce. PURPOSE
Support endtoend digital planning and execution across Partner Program accounts, ensuring alignment with go to market milestones and inventory strategies. Build reporting frameworks that turn data into actionable insights and act as a connector between Sales, eCommerce, Analytics, and Digital Wholesale teams to optimize processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Partner Program planning and execution to achieve seasonal and financial targets
Build strong crossfunctional relationships to gather insights and support business strategies
Assist in managing inventory strategies to ensure product availability
Analyze seasonal assortments and sales results to recommend next steps
Execute sales reporting, create datadriven insights, and support go to market readiness across teams

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience in digital wholesale, ecommerce, or planning
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting tools
Ability to identify sales opportunities and interpret market trends
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum three years of professional experience
Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in ecommerce, omnichannel, or digital commerce preferred
Experience buying footwear or apparel is a plus
