Role description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud/DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in designing, deploying, and managing large-scale cloud infrastructure, along with a strong DevOps mindset and passion for automation. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage cloud infrastructure services in AWS
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Manage application deployments using Helm
- Implement and support Istio service mesh
- Perform backup and recovery operations using Velero
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation
- Set up and manage infrastructure and application monitoring using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
- Design, analyze, and support large-scale cloud-based datacenter architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across systems, networking, storage, security, and databases
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery
- Troubleshoot and support Linux and Windows systems
- Drive automation initiatives and continuously improve DevOps processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience administering cloud infrastructure services in AWS
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters
- Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Experience implementing monitoring and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, Go, and PowerShell
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and culture
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows system administration
