Fueling your passion
As a Performance & Content Marketing Specialist, you are developing and managing engaging digital content and performance-driven campaigns. You are collaborating with external agencies on paid search, paid social, and SEO strategies. You are creating compelling collateral, social media posts, and email nurture campaigns to boost engagement and lead generation. You are monitoring analytics, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

As a Performance & Content Marketing Specialist, you are being responsible for:

  • Creating engaging digital content, product collateral, social media posts, articles, and press releases.

  • Developing and managing email marketing and nurture programs to support lead generation.

  • Collaborating with agencies to execute paid search, paid social, and SEO campaigns.

  • Monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and recommending improvements.

  • Maintaining brand consistency across all content and campaigns.

  • Managing a structured content calendar for social media and thought leadership pieces.

  • Staying informed on industry trends and digital marketing best practices.

To be successful in this role you are:

  • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Have 5+ years of experience in content and performance marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.

  • Have strong writing and editing skills for digital and print content.

  • Have hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and nurture campaigns.

  • Have familiarity with SEO, paid search, and paid social strategies; agency experience is a plus.

  • Have proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) for performance optimization.

  • Have excellent project management and organizational skills.
