Leads overall solution development as the key interface with Sales, Engineering/Operations, Technology, and other internal resources to align deliverables with overall project goals throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree/equivalent in quantitative business or a related field. Minimum Experience Minimum of five (5) years business experience in a supply chain related field to include designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to project manage and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to customers and leadership. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Advanced skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and presentation applications. Embraces learning and continual improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management, Consulting, Supply Chain Knowledge, Data analytics. History of managing multiple complex projects concurrently. Sales or external customer facing consulting experience Working knowledge of supply chain and transportation. Proven ability to lead internal & external stakeholders through a project lifecycle. Proficent in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint Pay Transparency: The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location or locations.
