Industrial Sewer

Pay: $14-$16 per hour

1st Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM

Industrial Sewer Responsibilities:

• Draw and cut materials based on established patterns.
• Stitch together a variety of textiles using sewing machines (Juki, single needle, Zigzag) to create industrial blankets.
• Measure and piece together parts, sew in trimmings, and ensure quality control.
• Use hand tools or machines to assemble parts.
• Clean and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience with different sewing machines, including Juki, single needle, and Zig-Zag machines.
• Ability to cut steel, mesh fabric, and fiberglass fabric, and perform simple sewing tasks.
• Flexibility and willingness to support various tasks in the warehouse or sewing department.
• Able to lift 25 bls.
