Accountant

We're seeking a Accountant to report to the Corporate Controller and play a critical role in keeping the financial operations running smoothly across multiple entities and product lines. If you thrive in a fast-paced, cyclical environment and have a solid grasp of accounting principles, this is your chance to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

* Support the monthly close process by reviewing balance sheets and clearing accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.

* Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other accounts to maintain precise financial records.

* Ensure invoicing and bill payment systems are correctly importing data into our accounting system.

* Assist with bill entry and customer invoicing as needed, and cross-train to provide flexibility across accounting tasks.

* Maintain compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.

* 2+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting. CPA or CMA preferred.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, intercompany transactions, and multiple entities.

* Intermediate Excel skills (advanced a plus) and ERP experience.

* Self-starter who can manage tasks independently with strong attention to detail.

* Comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders in a professional setting.
