Introduction to the job
The Head of Cymer Light Source (CLS) Central Quality will lead a key Business Line function at ASML's San Diego site and ensure that the quality requirements needed essential for business success are clearly defined and fully supported. In this role, you will need to establish short (annual) and long term (5+ years) requirements for the business and embedded with the supporting sectors: Development & Engineering, Installed Based & O, Global Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, and Planning & Delivery. This leadership role will own the overall quality strategy for CLS, providing solutions topics to meet CLS business and quality performance, the voice of the customer, corporate quality objectives and goals. You will create and manage CLS's Quality Roadmap and initiatives and ensure that CLS Quality targets are met. Role and responsibilitiesProgram management:

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently: $212,250-318,375Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members. The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
