M. A. Mortenson Company seeks a full-time Project Manager based in Minneapolis, MN. This position provides overall leadership direction to construction projects, including the management of financial health, project quality, timeliness, and safety, as well as mentoring of the project team. Req: This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field and 3 years related experience in the construction industry. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Engineering and Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience in the construction industry. Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following: (1) interpreting project plans, specifications, and details for subcontractors and craft persons; (2) reviewing and managing change orders; (3) performing cost control and financial management of construction projects; (4) working with the following tools and technologies: BIM360 Field, Procore, Revit, Oracle EBS, Textura, and Primavera P6; and (5) working on construction projects in mission critical environments, including at least one of the following: data centers, healthcare facilities, and higher education. Will accept experience gained before, during, or after Master's program. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. May work in various unanticipated locations in the United States.
