Sr. UX/UI Designer This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA. Summary This role supports a Growth Marketing organization by driving the strategy, design, and execution of internal tools and platforms. The position focuses on translating complex workflows, systems, and automation concepts into clear, scalable product experiences that improve efficiency and usability across teams. Our Ideal Candidate 5-7 years of experience in product management, product design, or a closely related field Passion for building internal tools and workflow-driven products with a strong user-first mindset Proficient in Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Confluence, Jira, Keynote, and Miro Strong understanding of design systems, product workflows, and data-driven interfaces Familiar with collaborating closely with engineering, design, research, and marketing teams Skilled in managing complex requirements and translating them into clear product solutions Able to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable to evolving priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable participating in reviews, feedback cycles, and user research initiatives Job Description In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of internal Growth Marketing tools and platforms. You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements, explore concepts, and deliver high-quality product solutions. This includes creating workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and final specifications that clearly communicate product intent. You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of scalable design systems and standards, participate in reviews and user studies, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure fidelity through implementation. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience Background in product management, UX/UI design, marketing technology, or related disciplines Experience supporting internal tools, platforms, or enterprise systems preferred Additional Requirements This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid work The pay for this W-2 position is $82.00 per hour This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health insurance, and 401(k), depending on tenure and hours worked Mathys+Potestio values applicants of all backgrounds and experiences.
