Reporting & Data Operations Coordinator (GA + Internal Platforms)

for a corporate client in [Remote - U.S. Based]

Description

Our client is seeking a Reporting & Data Operations Coordinator to support an upcoming cycle of mid-year client meetings by pulling platform usage data and compiling it into standardized reporting files. This role is highly detail-driven and will involve working with Google Analytics and internal product platforms to gather usage metrics for approximately 800-1000 clients, then accurately transcribing the data into a Microsoft Publisher file.

This is an excellent project for someone who enjoys structured, process-based work, has strong attention to detail, and can spot inconsistencies while working quickly and accurately. Training will be provided, along with written documentation and Loom videos to support onboarding and daily workflow.

This is a 4-week project, full-time at 40 hours per week (8 hours/day), with the possibility to extend. Candidates may work from any U.S. time zone.

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $28.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
