Digital Experience Intern 2026

The Digital Experience (DX) organization is undergoing a period of rapid growth and structural change as we continue aligning under the "One Lenovo" direction. With new global initiatives, evolving team structures, and increased cross-geo collaboration, there is a growing need for clear, consistent, and strategic communication across our teams and leadership levels, and as our intern, you will be able to be an important part of it.

Key Responsibilities
* Support development of internal and executive presentations (e.g., All Hands, quarterly reports, stakeholder updates)
* Draft and edit communications such as organizational updates, emails, and talking points

* Assist with project coordination and documentation for strategic DX initiatives
* Create and maintain templates, trackers, and visuals to improve team communication and visibility
* Conduct light research and synthesis to inform leadership planning or decision-making
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design, program management, and operations teams across regions

Required Qualifications
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and Excel
* Creative eye for presentation and visual storytelling
* Interest in strategy, communications, and digital experience design
* Current undergraduate or graduate student in Communications, Business, Design, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with professional writing, presentation design, or project coordination
* Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar)

Salary/Benefits

The intern base salary range budgeted for this position is $26 - $35 per hour and is based on years of educational experience. This role has the option to be remote, or to work from the Lenovo Campus in Morrisville, NC.
