This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, results-oriented marketer who is passionate about turning strategy into action, driving alignment across teams, and delivering campaigns that produce real outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Proactively plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth across the SSG portfolio.
  • Develop detailed campaign briefs, define audience segments, establish measurable goals, and execute integrated strategies across digital, email, social, events, and other key channels.
  • Translate SSG solution messaging into customer-focused campaign tactics aligned to buyer needs and sales priorities across SMB, Corporate, and Public Sector audiences.

Cross-Functional & One Lenovo Collaboration

  • Serve as a core execution lead for SSG and One Lenovo campaigns, collaborating closely with:
    • WW SSG Marketing
    • North America Field and Segment Marketing
    • Alliance teams (e.g., NVIDIA)
    • Demand Strategy & Activation, Brand, Events, Channel, Lead Development, and agency partners
  • Ensure campaign messaging, targeting, and execution are aligned across stakeholders and channels, following best practices and contributing to a cohesive marketing ecosystem.
  • Proactively integrate SSG offerings into broader solution and segment-led campaigns to maximize reach and relevance.

Budget Management and Marketing Governance

  • Own the end-to-end marketing governance process, including:
    • Scoping and validating statements of work (SOWs)
    • Initiating and tracking purchase orders
    • Approving invoices based on proof of execution
    • Managing alliance partner reimbursement processes
  • Track marketing spend against campaign performance, ensuring budgets are aligned to priorities and deliver maximum ROI.
  • Support accurate documentation, compliance, and reporting in accordance with internal Lenovo processes and partner requirements.

Performance Tracking, Optimization, and Reporting

  • Define and track clear KPIs at the tactic, campaign, and portfolio level, aligned to internal performance metrics and alliance reporting needs.
  • Own lead source code creation and management for SSG-led and SSG-funded campaigns to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Domo, delivering actionable insights to optimize results in real time.
  • Provide consistent, data-driven reporting to SSG North America and Worldwide Marketing leadership, highlighting results, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing campaign experience, ideally in technology, IT solutions, or services.
  • Proven experience executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to the buyer's journey.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to confidently collaborate across global, regional, and functional teams, as well as with external agencies and alliance partners.
  • Analytical mindset with experience translating performance data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience working with alliance or co-marketing programs (e.g., NVIDIA, Intel, AMD) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
