From daily cycle counts to resolving discrepancies, your work ensures manufacturing, shipping, and purchasing teams have the information they need to keep production moving without delays.

If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and being a key link between systems and people, this is a great opportunity to make a visible impact every day.

  • Partner closely with Manufacturing and Receiving teams to investigate and resolve quantity differences quickly and collaboratively.
  • Keep inventory flowing by processing and tracking customer and supplier RMAs with attention to detail.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying trends, issues, and opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and processes.
  • Play an active role in supporting GFS's Quality Management System by following established procedures and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Jump in where needed-because teamwork keeps everything moving.

Qualifications That Shine

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong visual attention to detail-you can spot differences in parts, quantities, and materials with confidence.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems, including ERP platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Solid basic math skills to support counting, measuring, and inventory tracking.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage routine tasks with consistency and accuracy.
  • Ability to monitor inventory levels and recognize when something doesn't add up.
  • Willingness to work on the manufacturing floor in a hands-on, active role.
