Associate Account Manager

The Associate AM role will focus on all sales and account management tasks. You will lead on deals aligned to specific workflows and customer types as well as serving accounts within a defined territory (overall team or specified subset). The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders as well as Sales specialists, Customer Success, Consulting, and peer AM's to proactively drive gross sales and revenue including risk mitigation. Establish and reinforce operational excellence for yourself and the broader team.

Responsibilities for Associate AM:

* Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business

* Structure, negotiate and close deals

* Proactively identify pipeline opportunities

* Maintain positive growth in your industry vertical and assigned territory

* Work to convert losses into wins to the best of your ability

* Utilize senior staff for training and guidance

* Help forecast, establish new initiatives, overall support for team

* Project manage

Qualifications for Business Development Representative:

* 2+ years in a lead generations field

* Excellent interpersonal capability

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Exceptional presentation skills (verbal & Written)

* Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule

* An understanding of how to interpret P&L, Earnings, and Inventory reports

* A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite

* Willingness to travel domestically
