Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a candidate for a Lamination Lay-up department for swing Shift.The candidate will set up and operates a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in the production of the company's product.Candidate will run lamination presses, break down finished product, and lay-up panels into books

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities



  • Layup process
  • Lamination and breakdown process
  • Must have good communication and people skills
  • The candidate must be able to learn how to operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in production, especiallylamination presses.
  • Must have experience in the manufacturing environment like following schedules of jobs based on theirpriorities.
  • Must be able to read and understand technical instructions or notes on travelers and 42Q stack up.
  • Must have a good understanding of materials used in the layup process


Education and Experience



  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 4+years experience in PCB industry preferred
  • Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
  • Must be able to work with machinery and work around chemicals
  • Must have good attention to detail and know how to follow SOP to produce good quality.
  • Must be available to work overtime and weekends as dictated by business necessity.
  • Must have good people, verbal and communications skills.
  • Ability to do transactions and data entry information in a computer system.


This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen ora lawful permanent resident.

Salary Range(annual): $50,960.00-$57,200.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
