RN Case Manager - Hospice (Lakeland, FL)
Compassionate Care Hospice, an Amedisys Company **This position is based in Lakeland, FL and requires daily travel to Bartow and/or Fort Meade. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Salary Range:
$80,000-$86,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities. Final compensation may vary based on experience and skills. Benefits That Matter

Technology Used: Hospice RN Case Managers utilize and leverage: * HCHB = Proprietary Real-time database * Enclara Pharmacy solutions with 24/7 access * IPrescribe - Efficiencies with medication management * Forcura - Document management system * Medline - Supply ordering system * TalentEDGE - Amedisys' premier learning center * EBSCO - Nursing Resource Center for CEUs * Tablet with voice dictation and mileage tracking * Outlook added to Teams, Chat, Yammer Orientation, Onboarding & Training You will then continue your on-boarding working directly with nurses in our program. On average our orientation for an RN is 7-9 weeks, however is individualized according to your needs and experience. Responsibilities
