Join us as a Associate Project Manager EI Your main responsibilities
Project Support - Support the respective manager in ensuring adherenceto customer and Schindler requirements for quality, performance reliabilityand passenger safety. Assist with service & maintenance projects postcontract execution acting as main back up for project manager. Monitor jobfinancial performance, track invoices, order parts and process payments.Facilitate with project scope, prepare fixed price repair paperwork and trackchanges in SAP to ensure proper documentation Payroll, Inspections & Compliance - Assist with preparation and submittalof payroll including tracking worker hours. Schedule inspections with localgovernment authorities to ensure compliance with local codes and avoidpotential violations Quality, Safety & Manpower - Ensure compliance with customer andSchindler requirements for quality, performance and passenger safety.Coordinate scheduling of manpower to meet budget commitments.Flexibility to balance a mix of office and fieldwork What you bring
Associate's or Bachelor's degree or relevant work 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably ina related industry Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skills Familiarity with SAP, Lotus Notes or similar applications Prior experience in Sales or operations functions Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders What's in it for you?
