About the Role
Adobe is transforming enterprise content supply chains with intelligent brand solutions. These solutions redefine how enterprises develop, govern, and scale content. At the core is Brands, a first-of-its-kind AI system. It codifies brand identity into machine-readable ontologies to ensure brand fidelity and performance across all creative outputs. We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the generation of high-performing variants aligned with brand standards and compliance. The role calls for expertise in conversion funnels, data instrumentation, and analysis to gain actionable insights. - Develop and manage the data model and event taxonomy. Integrate 1P telemetry, 3P signals, and channel-specific data into one source. Use this for analysis and activation across varied campaigns.
- Optimize performance in creative production by defining conditions for template-based smart assembly and instructing Generative AI models to produce high-performing content. Drive partnerships with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and models such as Adobe Firefly and Black Forest Labs.
- Collaborate with GenStudio and Firefly teams to align performance prediction with Adobe's broader brand and content supply chain strategy. Partner with engineering, development, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful capabilities.
- Engage directly with enterprise customers to understand challenges in producing performant content and find opportunities for AI augmentation. Translate customer insights into actionable requirements that balance creativity, control, and compliance in AI-first content workflows.
- Own important measures to monitor business outcomes, acting as the CEO of Performance Prediction. Define and strictly track progress against business goals and key results.

- Outstanding communication, storytelling, and cross-functional alignment skills to encourage designers, engineers, and enterprise collaborators.
- A builder's approach with curiosity, execution velocity, and empathy for end users.
- A mix of IQ and EQ to use data and relationships to get results.
