Global SIOP and Demand Planning Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving global demand, forecasting, and SIOP management systems. The manager drives improved revenue and unit forecast accuracy, supports customer service level expectations while minimizing inventory.

What you'll do

  • Lead global revenue and forecasting processes, including monthly decision meetings. Serve as NA Demand Planning Lead.

  • Communicate forecast confidence, risks, and opportunities to functional groups and SIOP leadership.

  • Analyze historical orders, sales pipeline data, and market information to improve forecast accuracy.

  • Conduct monthly forecast reviews with regional sales teams; adjust forecasts and gain alignment with business owners.

  • Lead Supply Planning Meetings.

  • Support and provide leadership to Executive SIOP Process, including data preparation and meeting facilitation.

  • Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting on forecast accuracy.

  • Support continuous improvement and modernization of demand planning & SIOP management systems.

  • Independently create reports, work across disparate data sets, provide data visualization, and present multiple scenarios to support recommendations.

  • Mentorship and development of SIOP Team.

What you'll bring

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, STEM or business-related program or equivalent experience.

  • 3 years of leadership experience in forecasting, operations management, or demand planning.

  • Strong mathematical, data management, and Excel skills.

  • Capability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to effectively communicate globally to all levels of the organization.

  • Strong technical or statistical aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration, economics or related field.

  • Experience of managing a team.

  • Kinaxis Rapid Response proficiency.

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting and statistical analysis.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 USD. The salary range may be higher or lower depending on the applicant's location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus.
