Position description The Division of General Internal Medicine & Health Services Research in the Department of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA invites applicants for Project Scientist positions at the Assistant, Associate, and Full ranks. Successful candidates will have made a significant and creative contribution to a research or creative project in pharmacoepidemiology. In this position, the candidate will carry out research or creative programs in pharmocoepidemiology in the Patorno Lab. A clinical degree (i.e., M.D. or Pharm.D.) and a research degree in epidemiology (i.e., M.P.H., P.H., M.Sc. or Ph.D.) are required. Programming skills (e.g., SAS, STATA, R) is also required. Previous experience with large administrative databases preferred.
