  • Conduct daily and weekly site inspections to verify safety compliance and workmanship quality
  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, field changes, and change orders in collaboration with Project Delivery leadership
  • Lead and document progress meetings, ensuring all parties are aligned on schedule and deliverables
  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all construction activities
  • Support close-out activities including punch lists, as-built verification, warranty coordination, and lessons learned documentation
  • Mentor junior construction staff and promote consistent implementation of ENGIE's construction management standards
  • Maintain proactive communication with University stakeholders, ensuring transparency and responsiveness in field activities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and complex construction sequences in active environments
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and civil systems as they relate to utility infrastructure
  • Demonstrated expertise in field coordination, QA/QC, and contractor performance management
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent)
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, enforce specifications, and resolve construction challenges decisively
  • Commitment to ENGIE's safety culture and ethical standards.

Additional Details
