The Financial Reporting Analyst provides analytical and transactional financial support for the UCR School of Medicine, working closely with the SOM Business Operations team to ensure accurate budgeting, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and compliance with University policies. This position supports day-to-day financial operations by analyzing financial data of limited to moderate complexity, processing complex financial transactions, and assisting with budget planning and monitoring across multiple funding sources. The role contributes to sound financial decision-making, strong internal controls, and the effective stewardship of University resources in support of the School of Medicine's academic, clinical, and administrative missions.
The full salary range for the Financial Reporting Analyst is $33.92 - $49.61 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is up to $39.04 hourly. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position. Currently, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa for staff. As a University employee, you will be required to comply with all applicable University policies and/or collective bargaining agreements, as may be amended from time to time. Federal, state, or local government directives may impose additional requirements. | |
