DEPCOM Power is hiring for a Subcontracts Compliance Manager in Scottsdale, AZ. This individual contributor role manages and executes DEPCOM's solar and energy storage contracts while serving as the compliance subject matter expert. The position combines regulatory excellence, partnership development, and contract management to support DEPCOM's mission of delivering industry-leading energy solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the subject matter expert and primary leader for all compliance requirements, ensuring full adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Manage compliance tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint, LCPTracker) to monitor regulatory requirements and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver targeted training to enhance compliance knowledge and operational capability across teams and subcontractors.
  • Continuously improve processes, templates, and reporting to reduce complexity and improve operational efficiency while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain open, timely, and transparent communication with all stakeholders, providing clear updates on compliance status, project progress, and challenges.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and resolve compliance risks, ensuring all projects are audit-ready with complete documentation

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience procuring services and managing compliance tracking tools
  • Demonstrated ability to organize tasks efficiently, maintain high attention to detail, and proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and apprenticeship programs
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, pre-law, or related field
  • Experience procuring services and managing compliance tracking tools.
