Bilingual TOM Agent

• TOM Agents play a critical role in delivering an exceptional and personalized service to our member-owners, through the accurate processing of financial transactions using our Teller Operated Machine (TOM).
• Follow our core values (honesty, integrity, fairness, respect and excellence) in all actions with members and coworkers.
• Accurately assist members remotely by processing financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, transfers, loan payments, loan payoffs, and transaction inquiries according to policies and procedures.
• Follows internal security, member identification and fraud prevention policies and procedures while accurately maintaining member accounts.
• Welcome members, identify and pursue opportunities to educate and advice regarding additional products and services and actively promote marketing campaigns.
• Balance assigned machines and daily transactions at the end of each workday ensuring accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Must have the flexibility and ability to work in a challenging and fast paced environment with variable stress levels.
• Must be comfortable, professional and friendly on camera with customers via TOM's.
• Must have a professional and enthusiastic attitude and strong desire to help people.
• Accuracy and ability to operate computers and related office equipment is necessary.
• Written and verbal fluency in the required languages.

Required Experience:

• One year to three years similar or related experience, including prior customer service, cash handling, contact center or teller experiences.
• A high school education or GED.

TOM Agents process member transactions via Teller Operated Machine from a remote service center located at 1300 90th Street, Sturtevant, WI 53177. Branch hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-1pm. Must be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays.
