Aquent is partnering with a global technology company to support integrated marketing initiatives across media, social, and experiential channels. This role will support high-impact marketing programs that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business results.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will be a key individual contributor responsible for leading mid-to-large-scale marketing campaigns and projects from planning through execution and post-campaign analysis. You will own the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives-including strategy development, cross-functional coordination, agency management, and performance measurement-while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and strong return on investment.

This position is ideal for a marketer who is highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

**What You'll Do**

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects, including planning, resourcing, budget management, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Develop integrated internal and external promotion plans in collaboration with Growth, Content, Design, Media, and Sales teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance and audience data to generate insights, optimize programs, and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive awareness and engagement across social, on-network, and off-network media channels.
  • Partner with senior marketing stakeholders to define project objectives, success metrics, and prioritization, including sponsorships and experiential initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with media and creative agencies, setting priorities and ensuring high-quality, on-brand execution.
  • Ensure marketing content and campaigns align with brand standards, messaging, and business goals.
  • Track and report campaign and project ROI using CRM and/or project management tools, including pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to support closed-loop measurement and maximize campaign impact.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for complex media planning initiatives and collaborate with global media teams to scale strategies.
  • Support the development and performance analysis of social media programs, social selling initiatives, and employee or leadership activation efforts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for events and activations, including contracts, logistics, AV planning, and platform support.
  • Contribute to marketing communications strategies that support media and public amplification.

**What You'll Bring**

  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns across media, social, and content channels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience working with external agencies and vendors, including scope, timeline, and budget coordination.
  • Data-driven approach with experience analyzing and reporting campaign performance and ROI.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with paid media planning and placement.
  • Experience supporting virtual and/or in-person events and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and demand or pipeline measurement frameworks.
  • Understanding of SEO, influencer programs, or social selling initiatives.
