We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior User Experience Designer to drive impactful customer experience initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping the digital journey for millions of users, leading high-impact projects, and influencing the strategic direction of design within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Your expertise will be critical in translating complex business challenges into intuitive, delightful, and visually compelling user experiences that resonate deeply with our customer base.

**What You'll Do:**

* Lead the creation of elegant and intuitive user experiences, meticulously integrating user insights, business requirements, and technical constraints.

* Play a key role in leading the planning and strategic phases of significant migration projects, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced user journey.

* Rapidly and iteratively develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications for both mobile and web interfaces.

* Independently tackle UX challenges of broad scope and complexity, navigating ambiguity with agility and adapting your approach to meet diverse stakeholder needs.

* Champion user-centered design principles, collaborating with researchers to validate solutions and proactively conducting lightweight user testing when necessary.

* Present and articulate design work with confidence and clarity to UX, Product, Engineering teams, as well as executive leadership, fostering consensus and alignment.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* 6+ years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices.

* 6+ years of hands-on rapid prototyping experience.

* 6+ years of proficiency with industry-standard design tools including Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Axure.

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.

* Demonstrated ability to acquire and leverage user data through various methods (e.g., usability studies, user interviews, contextual inquiry).

* Exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively to all levels of the organization.

* Proven ability to independently drive the design review cycle and finalize design requirements.

* A strong track record of iterative design, collaborating closely with product and technology partners from initial concept through successful implementation.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Expert-level proficiency in Figma.

* Extensive UX experience within the e-commerce or retail sector.

* Proven experience in customer research, developing design hypotheses for prototypes, and reasoning through edge cases for optimal user experience.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated experience with conversion and abandonment rate optimization strategies.
