About the Role

We are seeking an experienced User Experience Researcher to lead moderately complex research initiatives with autonomy and precision. You are a trusted senior professional who not only conducts rigorous research, but also serves as a strategic partner-guiding product development, influencing decision-making, and advocating for user-centered solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to act as a lead across specific areas, projects, or initiatives, making meaningful contributions to the evolution of the product ecosystem. Your work will translate directly into tangible improvements by deepening user understanding and driving innovation across teams.

What You'll Do



  • Propose and implement research-driven insights and recommendations to improve products and services
  • Champion user-centered thinking by collaborating with partners to navigate strategic, product, and technical constraints
  • Advocate for and practice inclusive research and design to support the creation of inclusive products
  • Guide product strategy by analyzing, synthesizing, and consolidating user, product, service, and business needs
  • Create and clearly communicate compelling research findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams
  • Identify, develop, and apply key insights and metrics to evaluate product, service, and ecosystem impact
  • Leverage a broad understanding of business goals, product ecosystems, user trends, and industry dynamics to inform research-led decisions
  • Contribute to defining project priorities aligned with organizational goals and assist with resource coordination
  • Proactively seek opportunities to expand responsibilities and remove roadblocks to progress
  • Conduct research to identify user needs and business opportunities, aligning product and business goals with strong user and business empathy
  • Foster shared understanding and user empathy through research that informs a unified, user-centered vision and strategy
  • Anticipate evolving user needs and research opportunities, adapting approaches for complex projects and programs
  • Drive and execute comprehensive analysis for complex research initiatives, including defining qualitative and quantitative frameworks and developing surveys
  • Build consensus and influence stakeholders to support research-backed, user-centric solutions
  • Communicate research insights and recommendations effectively, addressing stakeholder questions and challenges with confidence


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Proficiency with interactive technologies
  • Expertise in ethical UX research practices
  • Strong command of UX research methodologies
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle
  • Knowledge of human and user behavior principles
  • Exceptional UX storytelling and communication skills
  • Proficiency across multiple research processes and methods
  • Strong understanding of UX systems thinking
