In this role, you will influence senior stakeholders, align diverse cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful delivery of high-visibility programs that shape the future of critical initiatives.

About the Role

As a pivotal program leader, you will own and drive multifaceted programs that extend well beyond your immediate team. You will proactively identify opportunities, structure complex bodies of work, and manage stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes across business, operational, and technical domains.

This role requires strong judgment, deep domain expertise, and the ability to align senior leaders while navigating ambiguity, change, and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine the appropriate level of program management rigor for each initiative.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans that break initiatives into discrete, stakeholder-aligned phases.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and constraints to ensure on-time delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Optimization

  • Establish program phasing, metrics, and checkpoints to support continuous improvement and effective resource stewardship.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting to ensure stakeholder alignment, including rationale for program pivots.

Communication & Representation

  • Design and deliver effective program communication strategies, including executive-level and partner communications.
  • Serve as the primary program representative, ensuring transparency, clarity, and shared understanding across all audiences.

Change Management

  • Anticipate change management needs and independently develop comprehensive rollout plans, including impact assessments.
  • Drive program pivots, monitor adoption, resolve misalignments, and define future change management requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Influence

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to enable effective, timely decision-making.
  • Resolve prioritization conflicts, manage escalations, and maintain momentum across competing initiatives.

Governance, Data & Automation

  • Identify, collect, and analyze the data required to govern programs and inform stakeholder decisions.
  • Maintain project trackers, status reports, and dependency management.
  • Define governance structures, mitigation strategies, postmortems, and escalation paths.
  • Create and implement automated processes to improve execution velocity and monitoring.
  • Embed values of Product Excellence, Product Inclusion, and brand trust throughout program delivery.
