Are you a passionate, insightful researcher ready to dive deep into user behavior and transform insights into meaningful product improvements? In this role, you will lead medium-complexity research projects with autonomy, guiding product direction through thoughtful research and compelling storytelling. You'll bridge user needs and business opportunities while fostering empathy and user advocacy across cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Independently identify and champion opportunities to improve products and services using research-driven insights and recommendations
  • Apply user-centric thinking to navigate challenges and inspire partners while addressing strategic, product, or technical constraints
  • Contribute to a comprehensive research program by planning, designing, and executing both strategic and tactical research initiatives
  • Adapt research approaches to evolving user needs to ensure continued relevance and impact
  • Conduct moderately scoped research to uncover user needs and business opportunities, balancing both perspectives
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage research efforts across multiple projects while aligning with broader organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to expand responsibilities and proactively remove roadblocks with minimal guidance
  • Guide product direction by analyzing, synthesizing, and consolidating insights related to user, product, service, and business needs
  • Demonstrate a holistic understanding of how qualitative and quantitative research efforts influence team and project outcomes
  • Identify, develop, and apply key insights and metrics to evaluate product and service impact
  • Leverage knowledge of business goals, the product ecosystem, and user trends to inform user-centric decision-making
  • Build alignment and consensus around research-based recommendations across teams and stakeholders
  • Communicate insights and recommendations in compelling ways, ensuring they are integrated into product development and planning
