Our work spans the full project life cycle, from up-front evaluation and planning studies through design and into construction monitoring and operations. In the role of Chemical Design EIT/Coordinator, we'll count on you to:
  • Conduct analyses to develop chemical or process related design options or recommendations and assist in the preparation of project deliverables (examples include engineering drawing packages, cost estimates, and project specifications).
  • Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.
  • Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables.
  • Work independently on small projects or assist more-senior engineers / professionals on larger projects.
  • Work with assistance from Project Engineers, Engineers In-Training (EITs), Designers, or BIM Specialists as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in project execution within the Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Mining, Food and Beverage and/or Industrial Markets.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office as well as standard Chemical / Process design software (examples include Aspen Suite, EnviroSim BioWin, Hatch GPS-X, or OLI Systems).

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office

The expected compensation range for this position depends upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.) Illinois: $69,347 - $100,947.
