Internal Communications Department The internal communications team partners with internal stakeholders to deliver critical information and manage executive and company-wide communications that align with our organizational goals. This includes organizing company-wide news, distributing high-quality content, promoting employee engagement, and working with teams across the business to enhance communication for employees. Position Overview This role can be based at our site in Denver, CO. in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in office, 2 days flexible). Vantage is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Internal Communications to lead and elevate our internal communications strategy across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing communication initiatives that align with the company's goals, enhance employee engagement, and foster a cohesive and informed workforce. The Director of Internal Communications will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to ensure clear, consistent, and compelling communication throughout the organization.
