Supply Chain Associate

What You'll Do

Inventory Management & Planning




  • Support inventory planning, forecasting, and ordering processes to ensure smooth product flow



  • Analyze supply and demand data to help maintain optimal inventory levels




Continuous Improvement




  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for process improvement



  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability




Special Projects




  • Take ownership of assigned initiatives that support team and business objectives



  • Provide insights and recommendations that drive operational performance




Team Collaboration & Systems Exposure




  • Work closely with supply chain team members in a collaborative environment



  • Gain hands-on experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and operational systems




What You Bring


  • A bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, computer science, or a related field



  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (PowerPoint and Outlook experience preferred)



  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail



  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams



  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment



  • A customer-focused mindset and strong interpersonal skills
