Work Arrangement:In Office

This position is a seasonal position from mid-January 2025 to mid-April 2025. This role may be up to 40 hours a week, with an expected schedule of 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work.

A Day in the Life

A typical day as a Seasonal Tax Processor in might include the following:

  • Processing electronic or paper copies of client income tax return forms and documents.
  • Organizing client documents and scanning, filing, and/or faxing as required
  • Maintaining client data with integrity and professionalism; ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Working with spreadsheets and tracking data in a database.
  • Providing a wide variety of administrative support to partners, managers, and staff.
  • Entering time record keeping and performing client maintenance and set-up within various software systems.

Who You Are

  • You have the ability to work in a seasonal capacity from mid-January 2025 to mid-April 2025.
  • You have a strong customer service mentality.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have the ability to work overtime and Saturdays during busy tax filing periods.
  • You hold yourself to the highest professional standards and maintain strict client confidentiality.
  • You are very proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • You have 1-3 years of prior administrative support experience (required).

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
