The Marketing Operations & Analytics Lead plays a pivotal role in connecting marketing strategy, technology, and data. This individual will optimize lead flow, elevate digital experiences, and deliver actionable insights through data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate is both strategic and technical - comfortable architecting automation workflows, analyzing conversion data, and managing MarTech integrations to deliver measurable growth.

A key responsibility of the person in this role is the focus data hygiene and the easy accessibility of data insights to inform and enable product, marketing and commercial stakeholders.


Responsibilities

Lead Flow Optimization

  • Own the end-to-end marketing funnel and lead management processes across HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Design and optimize lead-scoring models, nurture flows, and automation logic to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Implement advanced segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting based on data insights.
  • Partner with Commercial Operations and Portfolio teams to ensure alignment on lead handoffs, attribution, and opportunity tracking.
  • Build and maintain real-time dashboards to visualize funnel performance and campaign ROI.

Digital Buyer Experience

  • Oversee the buyer journey across all digital platforms, including HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, SEO, paid search, and social channels.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to optimize digital touchpoints and ensure cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
  • Lead website optimization efforts including A/B and multivariate testing, conversion tracking, and user journey improvements.
  • Support the migration and integration of marketing tools, ensuring clean data flow between systems.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage emerging MarTech tools that enhance automation, personalization, analytics and data hygiene.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and own digital marketing KPIs, analytics standards, and reporting frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across all channels using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot analytics, and cookies management.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau to provide insight into engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Partner with IT to integrate marketing data with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery) for advanced analytics.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or digital analytics.
  • Proven experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is required.
  • Hands-on expertise with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Word Press, Looker Studio (or Power BI/Tableau), etc.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or API integrations for marketing analytics is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data flow between systems, lead lifecycle management, and marketing attribution models.
  • Experience building and managing complex marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
  • Deep analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from large data sets.
  • Ability to balance technical precision with strategic business objectives.
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for collaboration, optimization, and continuous learning.
