We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Solutions Engineer who will showcase and adapt Geotab solutions for partners and end-users by identifying and understanding customer needs and requirements. This position is involved in the development and customization of solutions using Geotab's open platform to meet unique requirements and support partners and customers to overcome their business challenges. What you'll do: As a Solutions Engineer, your key area of responsibility will be driving Geotab's strategies by developing tools and educational content for internal teams and external partners while advancing ongoing business objectives. You will identify gaps in the product ecosystem, provide alternative solutions, and offer valuable feedback to product and development teams. You will need to work closely with a variety of stakeholders within our sales channels, customer care, product management, and other solutions engineering teams. To be successful in this role, you will be a customer-focused self-starter with strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong technical proficiency and business acumen, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while identifying and pursuing potential revenue growth opportunities.
