Offer guidance and support to Plant Engineers to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Encourage continuous learning and development within the team, promoting the sharing of knowledge and best practices.
- Supervise the investigation, diagnosis, and formulation of equipment repair recommendations to enhance equipment on-stream reliability as requested by Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering per individual task, project, or turnaround schedule.
- Ensure collaboration with Unit Reliability Supervisors to develop pre-turnaround and turnaround equipment inspection plans specific to equipment design specifications and its process conditions per individual turnaround schedule. Actively participate in turnaround and/or plant shutdown activities.
- Lead select tasks from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with site priorities, engineering standards, and operational goals. Provide hands-on engineering work, coordinate cross-functional resources, and drive timely delivery of project milestones.
- Oversee the development of pressure vessel, heat exchanger, tank, and piping repair plans and communicate those plans to Maintenance, while ensuring that all applicable CF specifications and code requirements are met.
